It is with great pleasure that we can report that the national anthem is ostensibly no longer controversial. As Lady Gaga belted out our nation’s musical composition with some theatrics but relatively few deviations from the traditional anthem performance, a visual examination of the assembled crowd showed something inordinately fascinating, no one appeared to be kneeling.

A protest that commenced with the NFL’s Colin Kaepernick as a verbalization against police violence, ut then ostensibly transformed into a general protest against the state of the country that was replicated by entertainers, politicians, and others.

However, with a vicissitude in regime in Washington, it appears that “patriotism” is back in style. “Gaga, who anteriorly sang ‘The Star-Spangled Banner’ at the 2016 Super Bowl, has been riding with Biden for a while now, having fortified him throughout his campaign, including performing at his final rally in Pittsburgh on Nov. 2, the New York Post reported.
Vice President Kamala Harris, an Oakland native and adherent of Colin Kaepernick and the anthem protests he commenced, once verbally expressed that the “backlash” against Kaepernick’s protests was the fault of “Russian bots.”
Harris additionally verbally expressed that the anthem protests were an act of “free verbalization” and denoted to draw attention to “racial iniquity.”
