Trump Political Team Disavows Newly Formed MAGA Patriot Party
Former President Donald Trump’s team on Monday disavowed an incipiently composed political committee called the MAGA Patriot “Party.” Donald J. Trump for President (DJTFP), in a sundry report filed with the Federal Election, verbalized it wanted “to disavow the activities of a committee designated Patriot “Party.””
The MAGA Patriot Party National Committee was filed with the commission. The filing claimed that Trump’s team was linked to the incipient committee. But Trump’s team verbally expressed it didn’t sanction the filing of a form claiming it as a participant in joint fundraising activities, has not entered into any joint fundraising acquiescent with the incipient committee, and has no erudition of the Patriot Party’s activities whatsoever.
To be pellucid: DJTFP has no affiliation with Patriot Party, which is not sanctioned by Mr. Trump or DJTFP, Trump’s team said.
DJTFP is placing this disavowal notice on the public record out of concern for perplexity among the public, which may be bamboozled to believe that Patriot Party’s activities have been sanctioned by Mr. Trump or DJTFP—or that contributions to this unauthorized committee are being made to DJTFP—when that is erroneous.Inquiries to DJTFP and the MAGA Patriot Party National Committee weren’t returned. A man designated James Davis of Punta Gorda, Florida, was listed as the committee’s treasurer. Notional theorization has run rampant since Trump left office last week as to whether he’ll endeavor to compose a third party to challenge the status quo. A incipient poll showed a hypothetical Patriot Party led by the former president would be more popular with voters than the Republican Party.
Trump has stayed mum about his orchestrations now that he’s out of office, but advisers have verbally expressed he’s mulling a 2024 run and will get involved with the 2022 midterm elections.
