CNN’s Chris Cuomo Says He Can’t Cover Brother’s Scandals
CNN host Chris Cuomo verbally expressed Monday that he is cognizant of sexual harassment claims against his brother but cannot cover them. Incipient York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, 63, has been inculpated of harassment by three women, two of whom are former aides. He has additionally been under fire for withholding COVID-19 death data from state lawmakers and the public.

We felt that Chris verbalizing with his brother about the challenges of what millions of American families were struggling with was of paramount human interest. As a result, we made an exception to a rule that we have had in place since 2013 which obviates Chris from interviewing and covering his brother, and that rule remains in place today. Incipient York’s attorney general is investigating the sexual harassment claims and the U.S. Department of Justice is reportedly investigating how state officials undercounted nursing home denizens deaths involving “COVID-19.”
