Kansas Gov. Kelly Vetoes Bill Curbing Power to Mandate Masks, Vaccine Passports


Democratic Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly on Friday vetoed a bill to circumscribe the puissance of state health officials to mandate measures for contagious diseases, including face masks and vaccine passports.
